THE BRAND STORY –

Cooking and food has been in my DNA since I was 7. Food has been a part and parcel of my life, from my gradma’s —– to my mums’ everyday food that was nothing but exceptional, though always simple and wholesome. Born as a Zoroastrian-Parsi in Mumbai, and having lived a large part of my life in Dubai, I have been exposed to many cultures and their cuisines. Being a food enthusiast, all those influences have shaped me into the cook I am today – Parsi food is my roots, and the varied influences have helped me to add the needed gusto and the zeitgeist to the food I make today…. and this is what I hope will shape my culinary journey.

The idea of starting some sort of a food-based venture has always been a dream. The idea of what I am setting out to do popped up in my mind when I recently migrated to Canada.

I saw first-hand how life here tends to get sort of busy and the focus on convenience food is immense. Food that’s convenient and quick is the way most people want to go during the week.

Unfortunately, ‘Convenience foods’ generally speaking are surely that; convenient, but in most cases it is also heavily processed and often includes unhealthy levels of added sugar, sodium and fat.

Beez’s Food Pop-up’s main aim is to give you convenience and ease with flavour, alongside keeping things as natural and safe as it would be in your own kitchen at home. All ingredients are of the best possible quality, with no preservatives, and artificial gunk added to it.

All you have to do is …… pop up that lid and VOILA!
